All LSK merchandise is sold through Crowdmade (crowdmade.com/collections/kris). Crowdmade is the merchant of record — refunds, exchanges and customer support for orders are handled entirely by Crowdmade under their own refund policy.
Crowdmade offers refunds on orders that are cancelled before production begins, or for defective/damaged items. Since most items are made-to-order, requests after production starts are handled case by case by Crowdmade support.
